Dr. W. Brad Johnson is an associate professor of psychology at the U.S. Naval Academy and a former medical service corps officer. He is the author of numerous publications on mentoring, including The Elements of Mentoring, Revised Edition, (Palgrave Macmillan, 2008). Mr. Andersen is associate professor of Leadership Education in the College of Operational and Strategic Leadership at the U.S. Naval War College. He is a retired Navy helicopter pilot and led the initial development of the Navy's Primary Professional Military Education courses.
